Ask any Foreigner. If its safe to travel in China. Chances are they will tell you yes. Ask any worker if its safe you’ll get a different answer. Of course it depends where you are working. Corruption is however rife. Its not unusual ‘not to be paid‘ ‘have your passport held so you cant run away and any pension you pay will NOT be added to your home pension scheme.
If you pay for an education course in China, you will be given a certificate. (You only have to attend some of the classes). Many university students are no-where near the required standard, but attend the courses purely to gain entry to countries abroad.
